Guidelines for authors submitting to IATUL proceedings

The IATUL proceedings are archived annually in the open access repository at https://docs.lib.purdue.edu/iatul/  We invite authors to submit any of the following material for inclusion in the proceedings: 

• • Posters 
  • Presentation slides 
  • A paper or speakers notes associated with a presentation 

This is optional, however files should be submitted by 10 January 2025 to be included in the 2024 IATUL Proceedings. 

 Steps to submit your material: 

1. Make sure you have proofread your material – after being uploaded it will not be edited. 
   • • You may wish to ask a colleague to review it for you.
2. Make sure the file has a title slide, or a header, including: 
   • • Title
     • All authors and their institutions (ORCIDs are also useful if available) 
     • IATUL 44th Annual Conference 24-28 November 2024
3. Save as a PDF, named in the format Author_Title.pdf
   • • If you have more than one file for a single presentation, include the material type: eg 
       Lee_EstablishingAReferenceService_slides.pdf 
       Lee_EstablishingAReferenceService_paper.pdf
4. Complete and sign the IATUL Copyright Policy form. 
   • • Save as a PDF, named in the format Author_Title_copyright.pdf   
       
5. Email IATUL2024@auckland.ac.nz  
   • • Use the subject line “Files for IATUL 2024 proceedings” 
     • In the body, include 

• • • • The full title 
      • All author full names and institutions
      • Abstract 
      • List of keywords 
    • Attach your file(s) and copyright form
