Guidelines for authors submitting to IATUL proceedings
The IATUL proceedings are archived annually in the open access repository at https://docs.lib.purdue.edu/iatul/ We invite authors to submit any of the following material for inclusion in the proceedings:

- Posters
- Presentation slides
- A paper or speakers notes associated with a presentation
This is optional, however files should be submitted by 10 January 2025 to be included in the 2024 IATUL Proceedings.
Steps to submit your material:
- Make sure you have proofread your material – after being uploaded it will not be edited.

- You may wish to ask a colleague to review it for you.

- Make sure the file has a title slide, or a header, including:

- Title
- All authors and their institutions (ORCIDs are also useful if available)
- IATUL 44th Annual Conference 24-28 November 2024

- Save as a PDF, named in the format Author_Title.pdf

- If you have more than one file for a single presentation, include the material type: eg
Lee_EstablishingAReferenceService_slides.pdf
Lee_EstablishingAReferenceService_paper.pdf
- If you have more than one file for a single presentation, include the material type: eg

- Complete and sign the IATUL Copyright Policy form.

- Save as a PDF, named in the format Author_Title_copyright.pdf
- Save as a PDF, named in the format Author_Title_copyright.pdf
